At Harvest Ridge "We Soar Together" and as a result, during the 2009-2010 school year our parents, students and staff established our core beliefs -- Caring, Perseverance, Respect and Responsibility. We believe these words are the essential character qualities needed for success in school and life. With these words in mind we developed these guiding statements:

Mission
Harvest Ridge helps all students succeed in school and life by practicing caring, perseverance, respect and responsibility.

Vision
Harvest Ridge is a school where all children are physically and emotionally safe, challenged in all curricular areas and where staff care deeply about students and each other as "We Soar Together"to become a Missouri Top Ten School.

To reinforce these core beliefs in our students and staff we recite the following pledge over the PA together every day.

We soar together because I practice:
            Caring
            Perseverance
            Respect 
            And Responsibility
To help everyone in our school succeed.

This pledge reminds us all that beyond our own personal success we have the opportunity to help others succeed as well.

Our theme for this year:    "Soaring to Higher Education"

The purpose of our theme is to inspire our students. We want them to dream of what they might become and help them understand that continuing to learn throughout their life can help them accomplish these dreams.
