If you need to enroll a student in K-5, please call 636-851-5184 to set up an appointment. You will need the following:
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Proof of Residency
- Current utility bill with your name and service address or a current lease agreement (signed by you & a landlord)
- Parent’s photo ID
- If residing with someone else, they will need to accompany you with the above proof of residency requirements
Kindergarten students will need to be 5 years old by August 1 in order to enroll in classes.
